Ingredients > Flour, dry yeast, olive oil, sugar, salt, water

Take 500 gm of flour, a sachet of dry yeast, two spoons of salt and sugar (according to taste) and mix them well. Add water and olive oil and mix it well. Then knead the mixture with hand till it becomes evenly consistent to make the dough, not too wet and not too dry. Keep the dough in a bowl covered with a dry cloth in a warm area for 60 mins. After 60 mins the dough should become double its size. Knead it nicely again and make small balls or any other shape and keep it for another 15-20 mins. The dough will rise further. Beat an egg and apply it over the dough with a brush or a spoon evenly. Pre heat the oven for 10 mins at 300°c. Then put the dough in the oven and bake it for 30 mins.
