Slow fry duck breast 3-4 mins each side with no oil. Make sure it’s not overcooked. Fry cherries with onions on sweet butter with pinch of salt, schezwan pepper and red pepper. Boil potato with a pinch of salt and mash it. Slice the meat when cooked. Serve it with the cherries and the mashed potatoes. Pour the wine.
