Ingredients > Raw pork, anishi (fermented yam leaf cakes), tomatoes, green chillies

Boil the meat till becomes nice and soft. Mix one anishi cake (for 1 kg meat) with chopped tomatoes and green chillies with hot water. Heat the mix, till it becomes a paste. Now mix the paste with the meat, season it with salt and cook it for 10-15 mins.
