Ingredients > Smoked pork, green, white & red beans, capsicum and tomatoes

Soak the beans overnight. Slow cook the smoked pork for around 8 hours (can be pressured if impatient). Once the meat is soft enough, mix the soaked beans and cook it well. Add finely chopped capsicum and tomatoes, season it with salt and a pinch of pepper. Serve hot with coriander leaves.
